Meridian Education Foundation Sponsors Annual Fund Raiser

The Meridian Education Foundation is sponsoring its annual fund raiser for Sunday July 20, 2008 at the "Wooden Nickel". As in past years, the Foundation will be hosting a "Draw Dawn" event where ticket holders have the opportunity to win a $2,000 prize in addition to smaller prizes. Also included in the ticket is a steak dinner, which may also be redeemed on July 20, July 22, July 29 and August 5. The prize drawing will begin at 6:00 p.m. and ticket holders need not be present to win (except for the "Lucky Loser". The cost of a ticket is $50.
Proceeds from the Draw Down have been used to provide scholarships for graduating Stillman Valley High School students. As the fund grows, the Foundation will also sponsor projects and resources for Meridian CUSD #223 students and staff.
