Priorities Approved for 2007-2008

The Meridian CUSD #223 School Board adopted financial priorities for the 2007-2008 school year at its meeting on June 14, 2007. The priority list establishes proposed financial commitments, which will be attempted to be built into the Fiscal Year 2008 (FY 08) budget. Final commitments are not possible until the Illinois State Legislature adopts the next budget, which will include the level of increases for school funding. The School Board will formally adopt the FY 08 budget in September. The 2007-2008 priorities are attached.
