Board Reviews 5th Day Student Enrollment
District experiences negligible increase from last year
August 30, 2007
At its regularly scheduled meeting on August 23, 2007, the Meridian School Board reviewed the district enrollment on the 5th day of student attendance. The district's enrollment as of August 23 was 1,957 students, which was an increase of only 2 students from the September 30 Fall Housing report from last year. District Superintendent Bob Prusator reviewed enrollment by grade and the degree of increase or decrease from the previous year. At this point, the increase is much less than what the district has experienced over the past 15 years. The link below is the document the School Board Reviewed which includes historical enrollment information.
