If you did not fill one out in Family Access when registering online, please print out this form and return to school with your student or to the District Office no later than June 15, 2015 . Late forms can affect bus ridership for the first week of school. Thank you! REMINDER: The expectation is that the following things take place in order to send your student home on the bus with another student: A call is needed from parents or guardians for both students involved. The bus garage should be contacted by both parties 3 hours prior to the end of school. Due to the high volume of students riding different buses on early dismissal days, the bus garage should be contacted by both parties one day in advance of the early dismissal. Freshmen Orientation at SVHS Stillman Valley High School is hosting Freshmen Orientation on Wednesday, February 3rd at 6:30pm at Stillman Valley High School. All 8th grade students who will be attending Stillman Valley High School for the 2016-2017 school year and their parents are invited to attend. The evening will familiarize next year's freshmen class and their parents with academic programs and extra-curricular activities available at Stillman Valley High School. Additionally, the Illinois State Code requiring a physical examination for students entering 9th grade will be reviewed. Parents can pick-up information that evening between 6:15-6:30pm , and the program will begin at 6:30pm in the gymnasium. If you have any questions, please call the high school office at 815-645-2230 or review details on the high school website. Just a heads up for 8th Grade Banquet... Dress Code will be "Semi Dressy" ... So nice dress, skirt or Khaki's, button down shirt... Etc. Prom/Homecoming dresses and tuxes are not encouraged. More information will come closer to the date.
