  Greg Gerardy

Greg Gerardy graduated from SVHS in 2013.
In May of 2017, Greg graduated from South Dakota State
University were he earned the degree of Bachelors of Science
in Civil Engineering. Prior to graduation, Greg had accepted a
job to be a full time Civil Engineer at Ehrhart Griffin
& Associates in Sioux South Dakota, where he currently lives.

  Makenna Budd

Makenna Budd graduated from SVHS in 2015.
Makenna has recently joined the United States Navy
and will be amongst the first generation of female submariners.
She will be making history with others on the United States'
first all female submarine.

Olivia Peterson graduated from SVHS in 2012.
In high school Olivia was an All State Vocalist, Drum Major,
and class Vice President.

In 2016, Olivia graduated from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa with a BA in Instrumental and Vocal Music Education. She is now in her second year of teaching with the Freeport High School as the 6th grade, high school, and symphony orchestra director. Olivia loves working with her students and helping them use music as a tool for discipline, self expression, and healing.

Inserted Image Kenneth Dietz

Kenneth Dietz graduated from SVHS in 2013.
He joined the River City Rhythm Drum and Bugle Corps in the
2016 season for his age out year and made finals. Kenneth also
joined and started a band called The Antitones and they just finished
recording their first album. They are performing at the main stage
at Fall Festival at 12 pm and again at 7pm at the talent show. After
three years at Rock Valley College and a year of working he is
attending UW Whitewater studying trombone performance, and is
marching with the Warhawk Marching Band and their first show
of the season was performing at the halftime show of the
Packers/Seahawks Game Week One at Lambeau Field.

Kayla McKinney

Kayla McKinney (McQuality) graduated from SVHS in 2010.
Kayla went on to Rock Valley College, and later Northern Illinois
University, to obtain her bachelor’s degree in nursing. She lives in
the area with her husband John (also an SVHS graduate), and their
2 children, Madilyn (3) and Johnny (1 ½), who will be “little cardinals”
one day too! Kayla is also the Health Services Director for the district
and nurse at SVHS.

“I’m proud to care for this wonderful community that I call home!” wrote Kayla.

Riley Kraus graduated from Stillman Valley High School in 2011
She went to the University of Alabama on academic scholarship (Class of 2015).
t Alabama, Riley was consistently on the Dean's and President's lists for
academic performance. Since graduation, she is now in her second year
of medical school at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Class of 2020.
