This screening is a routine check of preschool-age children’s general development in the areas of language, concepts, and motor skills. Please call to schedule an appointment.

Time: 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
What to Bring: Certified copy of birth certificate, proof of household income, most up to date physical. Children cannot be screened if they do not have all paperwork that day!
