Most of our Meridian Junior High School Cross-Country team wrapped up their season today at IESA Sectionals in Winnebago! Throughout the season, our runners continued to push themselves, achieving personal-best times again and again. Coach Stewart couldn’t be prouder of their hard work, dedication, and perseverance!

MYBL welcomes students in kindergarten–5th grade who reside in the Meridian School District. This instructional recreation league helps players learn basketball, build confidence, and have fun!

You do so much more than keep our schools clean. You help create safe, welcoming spaces where our students and staff can learn, grow, and feel at home. Although much of your hard work happens behind the scenes, its impact is felt throughout our entire district.

Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming up! This year, families will sign up for conferences through Skyward Family Access.
Conference sign-up will open on October 1. Families will be able to select an available conference time with their child’s teacher.
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held:
Wednesday, October 21, from 3:00–6:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 22, from 3:00–6:00 p.m.
Each conference will be scheduled for 15 minutes. If you feel that you need additional time to discuss your child’s progress or have a more in-depth conversation with the teacher, please work with the teacher to schedule a separate time and day.
We look forward to connecting with families and celebrating your child’s growth and learning!

Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Lassard. This week, she and her 4th grade class were surprised by a visit from Sweet Lenny and Emily from the early morning radio show on 97ZOK. Mrs. Lassard was named Teacher of the Week. With that came sweet treats from Nothing Bundt Cakes, self-care gifts from WM DaySpa Salon, and other lovely surprises from Benassi Family Dentistry.
